Was good up till 2 weeks ago. We signed up for 24/7 staff on reception- now been taken away from us. Will now be 8am-4.30pm 7 days a week

24/7 on site staff withdrawn. Best staffer loved by everyone and longest serving lost her job for two newer ones who are mates of 2 IC kept on.
