Cons

Only a nurse on duty 3 days a week for independent residents. No weighing scales available.

By negotiation residents who pet dies should be able to replace a pet if capable to do so.

Things have changed since i first arrived here 6.5 yrs ago. Not all for the best . New people make a difference

Change of village managers over 6.5 yrs. Have been very unsettling , most staff very helpful.

Cons

Unsettling to have 5 managers and 4 temps in 6 and a half years. Company not easy to work for. To Company we are just $$'s.

When there is trouble in camp Company only listen to one side. Usually the ones causing trouble.

New recruits to the hospital care attendants section could perhaps be better trained in listening to requests from family in how to dress patients properly.

3 different managers in two years. Need to obtain permission for additions/alterations- outdated occupation agreement. No modern amenities such as swimming pool or spa.
