"Small Village...Close to Town..."

Pros

Small village with views over farmland and Mt Taranaki. Close to town amenities. Excellent manager. Village activities.

Cons

Manager does not [appear to have] enough responsibility over many issues - has to wait for Bupa head office in Auckland. Maintenance man needs to work more hours to get things done - [is this a] reluctance by Bupa to pay?

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

[edit] Would prefer local tradesman be employed if possible. Garden maintenance contract let to New Plymouth firm, not satisfactory.
