This was a 55 years old independent village when I signed my contract to live here. Metlifecare became new owners, put entry into village 75 years. Happy if at this time it dropped back to 65 years......Read more

When Metlife care took over from Vision Dannemora I expected them to honour my contract signed with Vision Dannemora. This is of great concern to me.

Cons

Management not always truthful. Deferred management fee. Control of what one can do in apartment i.e. put up pictures, charge for refurbishments.
