Lack of true caring atmosphere. Priority given to appearance of place rather than caring.

More trained staff. These comments may seem very harsh but having been so very happy here prior to the change of ownership I find its present atmosphere so very sad. Cantabria has truly felt like 'home' to me but sadly, no longer. Thankfully I am well, in spite of being 94 I am able to have a life outside of Cantabria but I guess it won't always be like that!
