Hire more adequate English speaking well trained staff. Hire more maintenance staff. Improve movements of noisy service vehicles in early hours. Increase stimulation for room bound occupants - music/conversations. This is a local facility - visualised and fundraised for locals. We have many from outside the area - locals unaware of how 'their' facility is being sold out from under them - and Resthaven too keen for the finance.
