I support RVR in changing the Govt. Act re the years of waiting for finances to be released by retirement villages.

[I believe] There was no indication that there would be the wait until next person pays to release capital, when I purchased. Change the ORA.

High fees. On selling take 28%. Small 2bd unit - No hand rails on outside path with drop off on step from unit.
