Prior to reoccupation refurbishments, choice of colour scheme declined.

Refurbishment of units should consider likely ageing eyesight of purchasers and equipment chosen with clear markings, compatible with price. Not the present popular grey on black.

When choosing replacement items prior to re-occupation thought should be given to the likelihood of ageing eyesight and appliance with clear markings on them should be given preference if compatible with cost

Very nice apartments. Nice neighbours and others here. Cashmere and Somerfield are nice areas to live in.

Cons

apartment faces south so no sun in winter but can go into sunny lounge. Weekly fee is charged after residents leave for some months in some NZ villages. Do not know if that is applied here at Cashmere View.

I think Cashmere View is a good retirement village to live in . I am happy here.
