The amazing care staff and nurses.

Cons

Management, under staffed, poor food presentation, and cover up after cover up once the management do something wrong. To BUPa it is very clearly all about making money, and not about our dear elderly.

Grumpy manager on about budget & privacy. Cannot find out about other residents health & welfare. Not caring.
