I have lived at Beetham Lifestyle Village for 8 years and have loved every single day. It has the best staff and our Manager is the most gracious and kind woman. She is always available to hear any problems that we may have and she is available 24/7. She holds a 2 monthly "round table" session that we can all go to ,and air any grievances that we may have. She will deal with them immediately and let us know her decision.

Our manager does not have the disposition to be manager of a lifestyle/retirement village. She pute herself together woith other management staff in a c lass above the residents, which makes this village a very unpleasant place to soend our retirement years. They will not listen to problems and belittle residents that speak out.
