Jim met me at the worst time of my life. I had hours before found my 27 year old lying on his tummy and cold. Jim insisted as did the police that I didnt virew my boys face at that time and with a calmness and a presence prepared my boy and took him away.My world changed forever in that moment. At my lowest ever JIm and Willaim provided warmth integrity knowledge and amazing organization. William gave the best hug ever and was kind sensitive and a sense of humor that I loved. Jim has a countenance. A presence. He is truly insightful ad gifted at what he does For a very few their job s a calling. Jim this describes you, Jim helped prepare the service and even though he never met my boy in life he found verses and poems that looked like they were written specifically for my boy, I wish I never had tp meet these 2 men. 27 is way too young and way too early but through my indescribable pain Jim and William helped navigate this journey with kindness integrity empathy and aroha.
