We offer everything from a hydro pool to physiotherapy, hair salon, health checks, scooter bay and convenience shop. We have a range of recreational activities including a singing group, exercise programmes, arts and crafts, quizzes, and social gatherings. Our facility van and coaches are always on hand for outings. KEY FEATURES Unit AAaA is located on private village grounds, has a light and spacious interior, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The Unit has a full kitchen, separate bathroom, laundry and central heating for winter comfort. The 1-bedroom space provides pleasant living. The Unit also has an open-plan lounge and dining flow. WEEKLY OUTGOINGS The monthly village outgoing fee is $ 107.31 (charged monthly). This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
