Part of the community since 1972, George Manning Lifecare is set amongst sunny rose gardens just a hop, skip and jump from Barrington Mall, where you’ll find all the essentials including a pharmacy, supermarket and cafes. We offer everything from physiotherapy to podiatry, a scooter bay, SKY TV, hairdressing and health checks. We have a range of recreational activities including indoor bowls, exercise classes, quizzes, and social gatherings. Our facility van is also always on hand for outings. KEY FEATURES Villa 11 is located on private village grounds, has good sun, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The Villa has a combined bathroom, laundry and heatpump for winter comfort. The -bedroom space provides pleasant living. The Villa also has a patio area - providing an outdoor space. WEEKLY OUTGOINGS The weekly village outgoing fee $ 106.15 is (charged monthly). This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
