Great location, near a beautiful beach and also easy access to Auckland as well as Far North; Friendly residents. Good facilities indoor pool, swimming pool and exercise equipment, outdoor bowls, petanque, putting green, club house with lounge and dining area; Active social club; spacious and modern villas.

Wind and flies in summer.
