"Archer Village is a wonderful place to live"

Pros

Moving to Archer was the best decision I have made in a long time. Not a big complex, helpful and friendly staff. Bus stops at the gate. Walk ing distance to medical rooms, pharmacy, supermarket, library and Churches. Plenty of activities and outings available. Residents generally care for each other. I feel safe and it's like being in an extended family.

As it is a fairly small village it doesn't have as many facilities that a large village might have if that's what you want.

Maintenance requests some times slow. Vans not suited to our advanced age.

Thank you for your feedback. We would note that are vans are relatively new purchases with a fully outfitted interior to cater for our residents, and have wheelchair hoists to allow as many of our residents to be able to enjoy van outings.
We have recently created a new Archer Group Property Manager position and the team are all working very hard to provide a timely service to all the maintenance requests received. If you have any delays in a request being actioned please bring it to the attention of our staff at Reception to follow-up for you.
