what a fantastic management team at eastcliffe who made everything from finding the right apartment for mum to guiding us through the entire process and fully explaining mum's rights and responsibilities and then when mum moved in they showed mum through everything, had flowers and a meal prepared for her on her first night to ease the move in stress, we were so grateful for their care of mum which has taken away our concerns.

Such caring staff, my family member has been in the rest home for a long time. Angela and Marrin have improved the quality of the care dramatically. Finally our concerns are addressed this year has been a 360 improvement for Eastcliffe. Clean and new modern stuff, every issue we brought up was fixed beyond expectation. It is like night and day compared to how it was under prior management. So happy for my mother . The new activities people are incredible. Great new staff. Good vibes

Wonderful people. New management have made a considerable difference. It is very professionally run, the apartments are modern. Lots to do and genuinely kind people. Some residents of the village are difficult people; but most are pleasant. The resthome is wonderful. And location is divine

Cons

Dogmatic couple of negative people.. one is particularly bad and is so rude to people including the lovely staff
